Welcome to Char Dham Yatra Travels. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and sacred journey for all pilgrims.

1. Nature of Services

Char Dham Yatra Travels is a private travel agency based in Uttarakhand. We act as an intermediary between the traveler and various service providers (hotels, transport operators, aviation companies). We are NOT affiliated with the Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) or any government tourism board, though we facilitate registrations on their official portals on behalf of our clients.

2. Booking and Registration

• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the specified registration/advance amount.
• Accurate traveler information (as per government ID) must be provided at the time of booking.
• It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for high-altitude travel.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via our secure online portal, UPI, or bank transfer. The final balance must be cleared as per the payment schedule communicated during booking. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the registration amount.

4. Helicopter Bookings

Helicopter tickets for Kedarnath are subject to availability and government guidelines. We assist in the booking process, but the actual operation is handled by DGCA-approved aviation companies. In case of flight cancellation due to weather or technical reasons, refunds will be processed as per the aviation company's policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds are subject to the timelines and percentages defined in our Refund Policy. The initial registration amount is strictly non-refundable as it is used for immediate blocking of hotels and transport.

6. Limitation of Liability

Char Dham Yatra Travels shall not be responsible for any delays, loss of property, injury, or additional expenses caused by natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Char Dham Yatra Travels. Unauthorized use of our material is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
