Registration Fee Policy
The Registration Amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable. This amount is immediately used to secure hotel allotments and transport permits which are non-reversible.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your pilgrimage, the following refund schedule applies to the Remaining Package Amount (Total Package Cost minus Registration Fee):

| 15 to 29 Days before travel | 50% of remaining amount |
| 07 to 14 Days before travel | 25% of remaining amount |
| Less than 07 Days before travel | No Refund (0%) |
2. Helicopter Ticket Refunds
Helicopter ticket cancellations are governed by the respective aviation company's policy. Generally, if a flight is cancelled due to weather, a full refund (minus a small processing fee) is provided. If the passenger cancels, the standard aviation cancellation charges apply.
3. Force Majeure (Natural Calamities)
In the event of landslides, floods, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Char Dham Yatra Travels will not be liable for full refunds. However, we will provide a Credit Note for the refundable portion, which can be used for future travel within 12 months.
4. Process of Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email to refunds@chardhamyatra.com. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
