We are not the official website of the Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC), the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB), or any other government entity. We provide specialized pilgrimage management services for a fee.

2. Information Accuracy

While we strive to keep all information on this website accurate and up-to-date (including opening dates and government regulations), we cannot guarantee its absolute correctness. Pilgrims are advised to cross-verify critical information from official government sources.

3. Helicopter Booking Assistance

We act as a facilitator for helicopter ticket bookings. We do not own or operate helicopters. Flights are operated by independent aviation companies. Any flight cancellation, delay, or technical issue is the responsibility of the respective operator. We provide assistance in processing refunds from these operators as per their policies.

4. Sacred Sites & Customs

The Char Dham Yatra involves travel to sacred and sensitive religious sites. We expect all our clients to follow local customs and maintain the sanctity of the temples. We are not responsible for any denial of entry by temple authorities due to violation of customs or lack of mandatory registrations.

5. Health Risks

High-altitude travel involves inherent health risks (AMS). Our packages do not include medical insurance unless explicitly stated. It is the traveler's responsibility to consult their physician before embarking on the Yatra.
